Vũ did an excellent job on the pedicure! $35 before tips (regular polish, not gel). I went in with sore feet and came out with feet that felt like they could go for a run. 10/10 recommend! Super convenient location as well, right on Cary Street.

absolutely love my nails! this was my 4-5 visit with them and jennifer and her nail partner are always nice and do a good job! was a little bit of a wait so she discounted my price which i appreciate! massage was great and they gave me a much needed cut on my cuticles. They came out exactly how i hoped for. always appreciate those who do a service for you!

Jennifer was amazing! Her assistant got me set up, I came in with dip powder nails that I desperately wanted them to come off cause it was that time 🤣 They filed it down to my natural nail, and not just chip it off like some salons have done me. So professional, expert care with my nails and I will definitely 100% be back, and I would recommend anyone to go there. I was loyal to a shop (I won’t out them) in the vcu campus area for months and they never really took good care of me in my opinion. These nails have lasted 2 weeks now and try here still in great shape! Thank you Jennifer

I loved my experience at Jennifer Nail Spa! They were really attentive, my gel manicure turned out perfect and my pedicure was relaxing. I loved the hot stone massage part of the pedicure! I will come back, my favorite salon in Richmond!

My friend and I came here for a dip manicure on Wednesday 4/27. They looked great when we left but it is less than a week later and 2 nails have chipped and 1 nail has completely come off. I paid $50 including tip so I would have thought they’d be a little better quality. I was thinking about going back and asking for them to be redone but one of the previous reviews states that the business made them pay to fix the nails so I don’t think i’ll be returning.
