Jennifer Hellberg Massage LMT

I’ve been going to see Jennifer for all my massages for years and she’s helped me so much. I struggled through a bad injury in the past and she’s really the reason I’ve been able to recover as much as I have. Not only is she a great massage therapist, but also a healer. She cares about the people she’s helping and she has put in a lot of effort into helping me get through some tough times. Highly recommend Jennifer for massages and healing :)

I came to Jennifer after having major neck surgery, to help with some extreme pain and inability to function daily after PT tweaked it really bad. She has been so amazing to listen to all my concerns and really focus on specific areas. Spends so much time listening and also following up after treatment to see how I’m doing. Full hour of deep massage and other forms of treatment exactly where needed. Nothing like other massage places. I got so lucky finding her and she has helped me immensely!!!

Jennifer is not just an excellent massage therapist. She is very well trained in the neuromuscular aspect of the body, something most massage therapists are not. Beyond that, she is empathic and a healer. I cannot recommend her enough if you’re ready to work with mind, body and spirit to release long-held tension and emotions. She is worth any extra she charges over your average massage therapist.

I recently had a massage with Jennifer, and I can honestly say it was so much more than just a massage. She is truly a healer. From the moment I walked in, her calm and grounded presence made me feel completely at ease. Her touch was intuitive and intentional, and it felt like she was able to sense exactly where I was holding tension, not just physically, but emotionally as well. Throughout the session, it felt like I was not only receiving a massage but also being gently guided through an emotional release. I left feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply cared for. She has such a kind and compassionate energy, and it’s clear that she genuinely wants to help people heal and feel better. I can’t recommend her enough.

Throughout the massage, she used a combination of techniques to address several pain points in my neck and shoulders – as well as my head, jaw, and intra-oral. She is very communicative throughout the process and what to expect. Her experience as a massage therapist is clearly evident in her work.
