Don't go here if you're looking for chocolate copper. I had my hair dyed here about two months ago. I started with essentially virgin light brown hair and asked for a light, natural copper-brown, and I was very clear that I did not want any purple tones. During application, the color looked dark grayish-purple, which concerned me, but I trusted the process. When the service was finished, the stylists said it looked great and didn’t indicate that anything was wrong. I was confused by the result, went out to my car to look at it more carefully, became upset, and then went back inside because it was clearly not the color I asked for. I had an amazing experience getting my perm done at Hair Tactics! Madeline and Brenda are super knowledgeable and professional when it comes to getting hairstyles done for men. They were gentle with my scalp, checked in with me throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. Dan is so amazing and talented! He has taught me so much about my hair and how to better care for it. The transformation my hair has gone through since my first visit is incredible. The salon is always clean and upbeat, friendly atmosphere and easy to access. Would definitely recommend Dan and everyone else in the salon.
