I came in with completely butchered haircut and meh color from another reputable salon. Thank you to the vision and talent of Carla and her assistant they did a complete makeover for me. Not only that they actually cared and it showed I was not just a number. She brought me back to my natural dark blonde (Mushroomy)hair color, which is so hard to nail, and she gave me the best refreshing cut to start brand new and fresh into a New Year. I am forever thankful for the visionary and caring touch of Carla Lorenz and Jenna Perry team provided. It was therapeutical experience to say the least. They have a special crew there!!! I am a forever client.

I am honestly heartbroken writing this, but my experience at this salon was beyond disappointing and upsetting. I booked two appointments weeks in advance: the first on Tuesday for a full head lightening with highlights/foils, and the second for K-tip extensions. I came in with very clear expectations—I wanted a cool-toned colour with depth and dimension. I showed references and explained exactly what I was hoping for. What I walked out with was the complete opposite. Instead of highlights or foils, it looked like bleach had simply been slapped onto my roots with no toning at all. I had bright orange hair and a harsh, unblended halo around my head, especially at the front. There was no dimension, no cool tone—just warmth and brass. This salon is amazing! I was impressed by how seamlessly everyone worked together~ there must have been at least 4 people who touched my hair. The two most involved were Stephanie for color, and Joe for cut. I've never liked my hair better, ever! Stephanie's color job is amazing, and I worry I'll never find someone who can get it just right like she did (I don't live in NYC but was there on vacation). She was also so kind and emotionally attuned with where I was at, which made it easier to sit with her for 3 hours. Joe was so meticulous about cutting my hair to the exact right length, that 'm scared to get a trim from anyone else because they'll just botch up his beautiful job! I might have to travel to NYC more regularly just to get my hair done. Thanks, Jenna Perry salon!

Every time I go to the city I need to stop at JPH for a refresh. Jaclyn always slays my hair and knows exactly what I’m looking for without having to show a million inspo pics. Everyone there is so nice and the vibes couldn’t be better! If you’re in the area or if you need to travel (which I do) JPH is worth it.

Sooo happy with my service! Mariah is a gem, always knows exactly what I want whether it’s a natural or fashion color. My hair feels soft and silky even though it’s color treated. Jake did my blowout and honestly… top 3 blowouts of my life! So bouncy and beautiful
