Jen Nail Spa

I absolutely LOVE Jen and everyone at the spa. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. I always look forward to my appts there, Jen has my nails perfected everytime no matter what I am wanting and the pedicures are top of the line EVERY single time. Highly recommend. Very high quality and is like my second family.

I took a chance on Jen Nail Spa today for a shellac pedicure and I'm glad I did. I walked in and they asked if I could come back a little later, which I happily obliged. Kim did my pedicure today and she was wonderful! She color matched my previous pedicure color exactly. I also saw them actively cleaning after every person. There were only three people working so you may want to call for an appointment before you go. All three people were super nice to me.

very poor service and customer service was rude. Pay more attention to their phone or the TV then they did. The nails job was poorly done and then they charge us 140 for two sets of nails.

Wish I could give 0 stars! The service was terrible, they obviously pick and choose who they want to be welcoming to and who they don’t. Just based off the way you look especially by skin color. They don’t take their time to make you feel like your money is being well spent. They proceed to talk crap in their language as if I didn’t know they were doing so, along with their facial expressions. Grosses part is finding out that the lady I had did not dump out the purple solution she used to add on my gel nails (after the fact🤢🤢 literally sucked it back into the bottle in front of me) So Only God knows how many times that was done before & after me 🤢, so better pray there isn’t any infections! Nor was any lotion used on mine or my partners hands, that should be an automatic thing afterwards u

I LOVE to get pedicures at Jen’s!!! The girls are so professional. They know my preferences and are very accommodating. The foot/leg massages are amazing. I am so in my happy place when I am there!!
