I had an amazing experience at the salon. Everyone was welcoming and kind. My hairdresser, Tigist, was polite, friendly and did exactly what I asked for. She was very respectful and professional throughout the entire appointment . Tigist also made sure I was comfortable at all times. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I called multiple days in advance, sent pictures, and confirmed several times that they could do the exact hairstyle I wanted. I drove all the way there, wasted my time, gas, and energy, only to sit down, get my hair washed, and then find out they actually didn’t know how to do basic cornrows. She attempted the cornrows several times, and each time they came out wrong. Even after saying “let me try one more time,” the result was still not acceptable. At the end, instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a solution, she only told me to pay for the wash and leave($45 by the way!) The lack of customer service was unbelievable. Wow! The worst salon experience i've ever had! The staff (Tsige and Selam) are absolute unprofessional and they act as if they are being inconvenienced. I wasn't happy with the final results and expressed that and was met with defensiveness and nonchalance. They do not care about their customers or the quality of their styling.

I had one of the worst salon experiences here. First of all, the way they did my hair was completely off it didn’t suit me at all. It looked rushed, uneven, and honestly nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, the service was beyond poor. The staff were unprofessional, didn’t listen, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping clients. To make it worse, they clearly didn’t know how to sew-in properly. The install was messy, loose, and uncomfortable. I could tell right away it wasn’t going to last and it did not it was undone the very next day. I left feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied. Save your time and money(unfairly expensive by the way) and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing. This place seriously needs better training and cust

This was one of the most unprofessional & inconsiderate experiences I’ve ever had. I called ahead & made an appointment to have my 7-year-old’s hair washed and braided. I specifically asked if they could do it since I was coming from far away & they assured me they could. However, once we arrived, the stylist refused to do her hair because she had someone else coming next. Completely unacceptable service. I will not be returning.
