Great experience with Je’ Suis Spa in Fairfax. My first time using them. Booked a birthday girl’s day out for my wife and friend. Everything was able to be setup over the phone and and paid for in advance so my wife and friend could enjoy without worrying about extra fees or tip. Feels great to have a small local business take good care of their customers. Because this is a small business with 4 active employees working and providing services, I can understand why there may be latency issues with responsiveness to the phone calls. I however did not have any such issue and would recommend. Also, my wife said they had great massages and really enjoyed their experience. How many times and how much time do you think a person should spend trying to call a Spa Salon for an appointment? This was my experience and it didn't feel right. I felt like someone is making fun of me. That's only from yesterday. I have made more calls today too. Just wow. And now my friends that got me the massage as a gift are wasting time trying to get the money back. Thank you for your business

Alisha and her team are the absolute best and their massages are HEAVENLY. I wish had time in my schedule to get back more often! They make sure you are taken care of inside and out....Seriously your body will be limber, and your soul will be smiling when you walk out :-) It's obvious that they care and are passionate about what they do.

Best facial ever. Found them through Groupon and I'm so glad I tried it! Alisha is wonderful- very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have recommended her many times.

Bought groupon, it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the spa. No one answers the phone no matter what day or time you call. When I received a text message after almost a week of calling, texting, emailing and Facebook messaging and scheduled an appointment, they CANCELLED AN HOUR BEFORE. When I asked if there was anything they could do to make up for the sudden cancellation when I’d taken off work for the appointment they simply said it was an emergency and there was nothing they could do. Traded in the groupon for a spa that actually cares about their customers. So disappointing.
