Now that my customer service issue has been handled appropriately, I felt it was fair to update my review of this company since they have several fantastic qualities aside from customer service. Aside from the quality of the products, the fact that the company apologized to me allows me to comfortably give them a 5-star revised review from my previous 1-star review. Apologizing really goes a long way for me, and I am glad that the issue was resolved since I truly do love supporting this brand and have normally had only good experiences and things to say about them. As far as my review of the products: I have purchased multiple items from this brand - eyeliners, shadows, body glow, mixing medium - the quality of everything I have bought has been incredible, with the exception of 1 eyeliner

Such a wonderful experience ordering from this company. I ordered four galaxy shadows & they came quickly. One arrived broken so I emailed customer service & they shipped out a new one the next morning! I would recommend shopping from here! I cannot wait to add more of their shadows to my collection!

The products are amazing, and so is the customer service! I had ordered my products online, and unfortunately, one of the products had spilled its contents. I got in touch with customer service, and they were very quick to apologize and offer a replacement! Since I've been able to try the products, I can say with confidence that they are great quality!

If you love shimmer, you HAVE to try JD Glow Cosmetics. The quality is unbelievable and I can’t wait to add more to my collection. Their Galaxy shadow in shade Unexpected is my absolute favorite. These shadows are easy to work with and you get a lot of product for the price. This past year has really opened my eyes and had me wanting to support smaller beauty brands. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and their attention to detail. Their customer service is also great. I unfortunately received a shattered shadow recently, even though they triple wrapped it in bubble wrap and packed my items carefully. It happens, the mail is unpredictable. I love Jd Glow Cosmetics. Everything is so beautiful. I have gotten a ton of compliments on my shadows. Highly recommend. Very good customer service. I received two shadows that were broken in shipping and I was pleasantly surprised at how kind customer serivice is.
