I bought hair from here and the hair in the box was not the length that the box advertised. When I tried to straighten the issue out they refused assistance because they said it was not their problem. Would not recommend. They have poor customer service and we very unprofessional.

They had just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.

I really like the variety of hair at JC's, but the prices are too.....steep!! 💸I hate when the employee follows the customers around the store, I would love the chance to browse in peace, without someone always breathing down my neck. I guess they think that their customers are all thieves, and this is 😭 sad to me. Being followed 🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏻makes me feel so uncomfortable and it makes me want to rush to get out of the store. Most of the time I end up purchasing something other than what I really was looking for. I like what they have in their store, they just need to just relax and let the customers shop.👀
