Beautiful store, poor customer service, no employees around to assist customers, long waiting line at the front of the store and back. Finally asked for the manager, someone finally showed up minutes later. Asst. Manager "David" showed up, he offered to assist me. I was already upset so just left.

Visited on 8/05 and had the best costumer service experience. The manager and associates are extremely helpful and patient. The store is also clean and well organized. I will from.now on travel 30 miles just to shop at this jcpenney

5 times I have gone to this JCPenney and I am discussed with the manager of this location I asked what her name was and who she was and apparently her name is Erika and she is the manager the way she treats the employees and she speaks down on them is unacceptable just because she is higher up doesn’t mean they can treat them like that there are ways to speak to your employees and the way that lady does it is uncalled for I see the employees and they are doing there job and if you ask them for help they are so kind and helpful but that lady needs to go or get educated on how to treat and speak to the employees

I found my daughters dress quick n the exact color she wanted for her father daughter dance.. she loved it..customer who worked there did an awsome job helping me. It was a little pricey but it was worth my daughters happiness😊 ..thank u.
