Lila's Therapeutic Massage

So grateful to have gotten a last minute massage with Lila. I told her I had been struggling with neck pain, migraines, and TMJ. She made a world of difference in just one session. I'm excited to go back to work on my ailments. Thank you Lila it meant the world to me!

I was desperate to get relief from lower back pain after trying so many different therapies (topical, patches, hand held massage devices, stretching, yoga, acupuncture and physical therapy) Lila was able to provide some MAJOR relief by pinpointing my problem. I am not back to myself 100% but have gone to Lila for the past 2 weeks and she has done more to help me than I have been able to get elsewhere in the past couple of months. My mother See's Lila on a weekly basis due to mobility issues. Mom had a small stroke in April and has been seeing Lila to help regain her strength back in her right side which was effected by the stroke. Lila's exceptional knowledge in massage has helped mom regain the ability to write and walk without loosing her balance. I highly recommend Lila for deep tissue massage and other techniques.

Lila is amazing! Worked very efficiently on my trouble areas and she has a lot of experience and knowledge. Went for a massage with my mother and sister and they were both very satisfied as well! My mother was happy with therapist aracely's work as well! We will definitely be back!
