JCPenney Salon

I’m unfortunately very unhappy with the services I received at JCP Salon in Woodbury. My haircut was extremely rushed as not enough time was allotted for my dye and haircut, and it resulted in a very choppy and completely uneven cut that I now have to have fixed at a different salon. I asked for a dark, cool tone brunette color and a blonde blended ombre to which I got a full head of chunky highlights and about an inch of brunette (not blended) coloring at the roots. My hair is nearly completely blonde and is so far from what I wanted and asked for. I had very healthy hair which is now very damaged from excessive bleach.

Elle was so amazing. I brought my 5 kids in for haircuts. (3 separate appointments) And she was great every time. Very attentive and sweet. Would def come here again!

I've been going to see Linda S. for my hair for the past six to seven years. She always does an amazing job, provides great advice and product recommendations, and is always helpful and will tell me if what I want for my hair is something that will work for me or not. I highly recommend!

Went in for a color- root retouch. My roots were maybe an inch outgrown, at most. The manager did my hair. (Hannah did my hair before, and I guess she isn't working there anymore). Aimie used the wrong tone and retouched about 3 inches, so it looks terrible. Right away she offered to re-highlight my hair. But that was going to cost another $30. for 4 foils. It makes me wonder if she did it on purpose to make more money. I don't think I should be paying for her mistake. Hannah, where did you go? I'm not going back to that salon. So disappointed!!!

Great service by a stylist named Hannah. My daughter loved her, and the style she gave her. Also a lot of safety measures because of the covid. Very happy here.
