I came in and got a silk press by sandy , and I must say it was absolutely terrible . She cut way more hair than what she was supposed to and my hair has reverted back to its natural state in less than an hour . That was an complete waste of 70 dollars

I had appointment at the salon, and the young lady that was supposed to do my was working on another customer. So I decided to used the first person that was available. When I call to make the appointment. The person I talked to on the phone her name is Chloe she quoted me a price. When the young lady finished my hair she quoted me a different price about $20.00 dollars more than what I was told. The young lady did a good job. Her name is Chelsea. JC. Penny’s need a manager at this salon. These people there are very unprofessional and they tried to tell me that everyone price is different with the same style. JC Penny’s is a franchise. Took my granddaughter this past Saturday to get haircuts. We decided to get our hair washed and my granddaughter wanted her hair straightened after her trim. I also got a cut and style. Elizabeth B did our services and we were very pleased with the results. I highly recommend her.

My boyfriend wanted a basic man’s cut. He wanted it blended out and his beard trimmed. He ended up with a bowl cut and did not let her get close to his beard. She was not understanding that he wanted it blended so we stopped in the middle and left. We had to go to another salon to get it fixed….
