Tina did that silk press and haircut on ya girl! I was nervous at first but I trusted the process and glad I did! Thanks Tina!!

Natural silk press is offered on their service menu but I highly would NOT recommend. My hair was full healthy and curly before going and now there’s heat damage in several spots. I could tell my stylist didn’t have any knowledge of natural silk press styling based off some of her techniques. Not to mention the fact that she never detangled my hair before blow drying me. So she was pulling ALOT of my hair out while blow drying. It was very painful! I didn't speak with a manager but now I think I will after seeing the damage.

I booked an appointment online for this afternoon a few weeks ago. I received a call 2.5 hours before my appointment today informing me that the stylist is no longer with them and hasn't been for weeks, no one else is able to do my hair, and good luck. So upsetting, but the "customer service" and the interaction with salon manager, Zoe, made it even worse. Don't book here!

I booked an appointment online for 5:45p. I arrived at 5:30. I was asked to come back in an hour because the person I had the appointment for was behind. Stike 1! So I decided to shop in the mall. came back, a different lady came from a side office and said "We close at 7" I said OK. My appointment was at 5:45. She looked at the front desk person and said "she is late" This was strike 2! I was actually on time, your stylist is late Boo Boo! They asked me to have a seat in the waiting area. I was within ear shot of the person that was supposed to cut my hair. I could hear her talking about me! Strike 3! I had to count to 10 before I confronted her!! I left. She wasn't touching my head with that funky attitude!! NEVER AGAIN!! Customer Service is obviously not a job requirement!

Terrible service whomever Jakay rush my hair in a hour. Hair dryer kept coming apart she would pick it up and start back in my hair. My hair was the worse before and after she did it. I was mad but held it. Hair was dry and looked a hot mess. Would love to have a refund it wasn't worth it. Please don't go to this salon of you looking for good quality stylist and hair to be nice.
