So I'm not quite sure of all of these bad reviews that I'm reading, I have been getting my haircut here for years the key is to find a worker and ask questions before you go in to get your haircut. You definitely want to see a senior stylist that has many years experience. We see laboria. She is amazing she's been cutting our hair and styling and coloring her hair for a very long time, so for all the bad reviews that this place gets, ask questions before your appointment make sure that you're seeing someone that has a lot of experience if you don't want a person fresh out of school. They charge my son only $20 for a haircut, he has a lot of hair he grows it out, he's in high school, he has naturally curly hair, they wash his hair so good give a nice Scout massage and then cut his hair with

I am so incredibly heart broken. Not only is my daughter's hair wayyy shorter then what we asked for and not even the cut we requested but the part I really can't handle is that we told the girl in the very beginning that we want to donate my daughters hair! It's why we grew it out! It meant so much to us and now it was all for nothing. We donate for personal reasons and you think that professional stylist at JCP salon would know how to go about cutting hair to be donated. I'm completely sick to my stomach and in tears over this. My son was getting his senior portraits at the studio next to the salon. His hair was messed up on the way in, and I ran into the salon looking to buy hairspray. They took him to a chair and fixed his hair without charging us anything! I was so impressed by this. Amazing employees, friendly and very helpful. Next time we need a salon appointment, we will be calling JCP. Thank you again, ladies, for saving the day!
