I had the best experience! As a first time customer I really wasn’t sure what to expect. Terry the salon manger was very patient with me and my hair. Before she began the service she consulted with me about what my goals were for coloring my hair and in the end I was very happy with how the color came out. Through the whole process she walked me through what she was doing and why she had to do it that way based on the texture of my hair. She trimmed my ends very well and took her time curling it delicately. I’m looking forward to returning and building a rapport with her so she can help me keep my hair looking it’s best!

I had the WORST haircut experience here 😭 I’m crying after seeing how bad my haircut was. I just had my baby and wanted to look good, especially my hair, but instead of looking good, I feel terrible because of my hair, It's driving me nuts.

I setup an appointment through the salon website to get my daughter’s hair done. We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, the stylist Chrisse refused to service my daughter because she just started working on someone else and she also had another client scheduled at the same time as my daughter’s appointment and she was going to take them once they arrived. The lady didn’t even apologize. I called the store manager and as well as tried to contact the salon manager and no one returned my call. I was very disappointed with the stylist because my daughter needed her hair done for a special event.

The stylist lacks professionalism. I scheduled an appointment online for loc maintenance with the stylist, Chriss Gillespie at the store in Henrico. I drove from Chesterfield and arrived before the appointment time. I checked in at the front counter and was told the stylist had not arrived, but she walked in a few minutes later. The manager informed the stylist that I scheduled online. They stylist did not address me over even look at me. Instead she told the manager that she had another appointment, but said the other woman had not followed up to confirm the appointment. She said the other client typically comes in every 2 weeks but said she hadn't talked with her. She told the manager that she thought the client would come in today. The stylist said twice, "I'm going to do her hair inste

London at JCPenney Salon is amazing! I read other reviews, which led, me to come here. She is every bit as wonderful & professional as the reviews stated. She has a wealth of knowledge as, she's been in the game for over 20 years. I'm very impressed with her & will definitely be returning. I've found my stylist.
