I had my appointment with Sara. She did such an amazing work. I literally love my hair color and the way she blowout my hair,Definitely recommend her guys. She is so sweet and Very professional

I booked my appointment and got to the salon 15 minutes before my 330pm appointment time. The stylist Gabby called me and asked to reschedule to 5pm and I agreed. I arrived again to the salon at 445pm and was told that she was not there and called in saying she's going to be an additional 25 minutes late. I asked the receptionist to call her back and see if she was sure about the timing as i couldn't wait much longer, but she said actually she would be more than 25 minutes late. Not only has my time been wasted but I'm also so upset over this as I had an event to go to that week. Poor management on the stylist and poor service to the client.

I showed the stylist, Sabrina, a picture of the cut and color I wanted. I showed her a dark brown color with light blond highlights. She didn't seem to have a problem getting those colors. When she took the towel off all my hair was orange! I thought I could get used to the orange but I can't, I hate it! She told me to come back if I didn't like it.. I called today and she wanted to charge me $75 on top of the $190 I already paid! I would not recommend going here due to over charging for wrong results! She was nice though and said sorry every time she hurt me.

Took my 8 year old in to fix her hair after she chopped off her bangs herself. SMH. Michelle was the one who fixed it. She was kind and very attentive. She did very well at making my daughter feel comfortable. Especially after the embarrassment she was feeling for the damage she had done to her own hair.
