The new manager Aimee who is rebuilding the salon inside JCP is AMAZING! Instead of cookie-cutter color formulas, she custom blended the perfect color to refresh my grown out highlights, looking very natural! She also gave me a perfect haircut, thinning my loads of fine hair without a harsh razor. I absolutely LOVE IT going into the fall season! I will 100% be going back to see Aimee!

This JCPenney salon location is wonderful! They really take care of you. When I’ve gone to other salons, the atmosphere felt very cold but at this salon they really do welcome you. My needs are always met. My personal hair stylist is Shawnneice Mitchell. She actively listens and always delivers. Her talent exceeds anyone that I’ve come by. She has a warm personality and I always recommend her to anyone looking for a hair stylist. I highly recommend this salon and location!!

Nene has retwisted my locs a couple of times now, and I gotta say, I’m consistently been impressed with her work. Every time, she puts so much care and attention into what she does, and my locs always come out looking great. She colored my whole head, and I was a bit nervous about it because I've had so many experiences color damaging hair. But honestly, I had nothing to worry about! It’s been over two months, and my hair is still healthy and thriving. On top of that, the vibe in the salon is nice and welcoming.. If you’re looking for someone who knows how to handle locs and color without messing up your hair, Nene is definitely the one to see! I can't recommend her enough!

I love getting my locs retwisted here by a stylist named Shawnneice. She takes really great care of my hair and is always very nice and respectful!!! Love coming here and the atmosphere is amazing!!

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had. The stylist worked so hard to get me the color I wanted and at the best price. It was a color that they don’t do very often, so the salon manager even came in from home to help find the colors and make sure I got what I wanted. The stylist and even the manager didn’t rush to get done or hurry. They gave me the time that was needed to get it done. I would highly recommend Madi at this location. She was so nice, personable, and did a great job giving me the color of hair I was aiming for.
