Nelly Medina at the J.C. Penney location in Doral is an outstanding hair stylist that takes pride in going above and beyond for her clients. I have been a customer of her for a long time and everybody compliments me on my hair.. the beautiful cut..the amazing color. Nelly’s professionalism , knowledge and excellent customer service skills make her one of a kind. She is excellent and I look forward to every visit with her as I enjoy the end result..my hair FABULOUS.. and my interactions with her as she is very kind and charismatic.
