Sophi is amazing at what she does. My hair extensions look incredibly natural, blend perfectly, and feel so comfortable. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I walked out feeling confident and obsessed with my hair. I did a walk-in appointment today for an all-over color on my long brown hair, and Patty was my stylist. She was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, warm, and professional, with wonderful customer service from start to finish. She really took the time to take care of me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m so thankful she was able to fit me in immediately. My hair looks beautiful and vibrant, I’ve already gotten so many compliments from people at the salon and people at home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Patty! During a recent trip to Denver I had a GREAT experience at the JCPenney salon in Lone Tree Mall. It was undoubtedly one of the best consultations and cuts I have ever had…and there have been many as I am in my 60’s. The stylist was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me a beautiful cut and style. I left feeling quite fabulous and thoroughly pampered. Everyone at the salon was friendly and professional.
