Stopped by the salon to get my daughter’s haircut. She has long hair and was overdue for a trim. Brooke did a great job cutting her hair. She cut it exactly as requested and was very friendly. My daughter’s hair looks so nice and healthy now since getting it cut. Thank you Brooke!

I have been going to this salon for a while now, my regular stylist was sick with covid ( god bless her soul she has no part in why I’m writing this) so I assumed everyone at the salon was of her stature. I went in for a cut and asked Wendy, for an inch and a half off my hair, I left the salon with almost 7 inches taken off my hair. I called and spoke with Deana the manager and she agreed I should have extensions put in because Wendy is at fault. It took three weeks for my appointment to be able to be scheduled. I went in yesterday, had 1 pack of extensions put in my hair because that it all the manger ordered. I thought it looked great but I guess from my angle I just wasn’t seeing the whole picture. Made an appointment by phone around 12:30pm for 2pm hair appointment mind you just a blow out. show up Skylar is the hairstylist, I have hair extent-ions in and I told the person that over the phone when booking, Skylar has an attitude if they didn’t have the waiver for me to sign then why book my appointment?? For her to tell me that I should be going to my normal hair extension professional I have never heard a stylist ever tell me that in all my years of having hair extentions is crazy it was convenient for me because I was in the area. Very poor customer service!! Seems like someone just doesn’t like the job that they are doing!

I scheduled a wash and style (curl) for an important event. Having never used their service, I was hoping for the best. The stylist was friendly enough, and I explained that this was an important event and I just wanted to make sure the hair would hold as I’ve had bad experiences in the past, when my hair was much longer than now. I explained that my sister is a cosmetologist and when she styles it (and it lasts) she uses plenty of hairspray l, spraying before it’s curled, during and after. And that if it’s going to hours before the event she will pin up sections to help fight gravity. I wanted to be clear on this so the stylist would understand that my hair doesn’t always hold curl well without additional measures. She seemed to listen, but less than 2.5 hours after my appointment

I recently visited this salon and was very impressed by the incredibly professional and attentive staff. My stylist Emily took her time to listen to exactly what I wanted and the result was even better than I had imagined! Unlike other salons that I have visited, she did not rush through my appointment but focused on quality at every step. I left with my hair feeling soft and healthy! I highly recommend this salon and will be booking my next appointment soon!
