I had hair down to the middle of my back pefect start for layers. She cut it all off and called this layers. I was so disappointed i just bought expensive shampoo and conditioner with the rest of my gift card. I want lash extensions the person wasn't there to do them.

Incompetence at its finest, had an appointment for 11am the day before my wedding and they call to tell me 11 won't work they double booked and it's a regular so I had to be moved to 12:30 so after standing at the counter for 15 min somone finally comes up just to say I'm not on the schedule and they won't be able to help.

I brought my daughter here for her first hair cut. She is 5 years old, so her hair is very long and I was hoping it would be a special experience. The "stylist" did not even ask her what her name was. She only barely spoke to her when my daughter said something to her. She didn't even dampen her hair to cut it or pin any sections up as she cut it (and I was told when I made the appointment that it included a shampoo, cut, and blow dry). It was completely uneven and, later, multiple people commented on how uneven it was. More than the fact that the hair cut itself was probably the poorest hair cut I've ever witnessed, it was how shockingly unfriendly the stylist was that was the worse part. This place It's ridiculous. My sister went in for a haircut with a picture and she came out after 2 hours. Where they literally only took out like a 1/2. Inch off her hair there was another operator there that just looked at me with disgust cause she didn't want to deal with my hair and well. I'm sitting there waiting for my sister. She was literally sitting there doing nothing and when she seen me giving her a dirty look and staring at her. She walked away when you hit somewhere. And waited over an hour for another customer to get these people suck

Danielle has taken care of my hair, both of my sons’ hair, my parents hair, and most of my friends. She is the nicest person ever and she will not let you leave until she knows you’re truly happy with your final results. 10/10 recommendation for this salon!
