Laura was recommended to me after I had a tragic haircut elsewhere. She was fantastic! She took time at the beginning of our appointment to go over how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how I typically maintain and care for it, and what I typically do to style it. It’s been so hard to find someone who can cut short hair on a woman that looks stylish and sophisticated, and she nailed it! She did it so effortlessly, too. Shes a true stylist, and I’m so glad I went to see her. I won’t be seeing anyone else from now on!

Highly recommend Pan!!! She is professional, kind, knowledgeable, talented and cares about getting best results that can be maintained at home. She used products that improved the look and feel of my hair and took the time to discuss styling my hair different ways to enhance my features. I get weekly blow dry for years, also started with hair color at least 10 years younger than most because I starting to grey at 17 so I have been in many salons and had many stylist over the years. I can honestly say that the professional shampoo and blow dry was one of the best ever and even better because The style has lasted and I’ve been able to touch up at home. I have worked with Laura at this salon for many years and she has done an excellent job. She has given me great advice on taking care of my hair and gives great advice on products. I have moved out of the area and I’m still planning on coming up here to get my hair colored and taken care by her and this great salon. Only positive things to say about my experience over the years!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Laura since I was a child (22 years!!) and I’m the most impressed with her I’ve ever been. I’m naturally a very light cool blonde but I’ve been dying my hair with warm tones for 4 years. I ended up deciding to return my hair back to blonde from dark brown for my upcoming 2025 wedding. Laura spent the 5 hours necessary to do it correctly and the results were stunning. My hair is truly blonde again with very minimal damage considering the necessity of products to remove the warm tones that had stained my hair. I highly recommend going to Laura for any color correcting services, she is absolutely worth the price and when it comes to proper color removal you absolutely get what you pay for. I keep coming back to this salon even after moving away!!

Less than ideal experience at this salon at Fair Oaks mall. From the moment I made an appointment to checking out and paying for the haircut, the whole process was completely disorganized. I came to the salon to see if they accepted walk-ins, after seeing a sign advertising $12 student haircuts. The receptionist said yes and asks what service I was seeking to have done. Then I proceeded to say the hair appointment would be for my grade school child. The receptionist then says there is no room in the schedule for my daughter today. The salon had an appointment the next day and I booked it. Fast forward to the next day, we arrive 10 min early and are asked to wait in the waiting room, where another parent was waiting with their child.
