I walked in for my appointment early and was greeted by Shaka, and she immediately got started on my hair. Everything was done perfectly, the shampoo was so relaxing and I think I fell asleep during the process. I love my hair and I will definitely take the trip back to Douglasville for my next appointment. The location was also very clean and well organized. I enjoyed every minute.

My hair always comes out healthy, beautifully styled, and exactly how I envisioned it. She creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and truly cares about her clients. The staff was nice and funny. The young lady that did my hair was super sweet but she still have alot of learning to do. I should of just stop my service after she tried to wash my hair. She was so gentle her hands didn't even touch my scalp 😩. I was telling her it was okay to scratch hard but lord that didn't get us no where lol. I knew my hair was still dirty. I told her my scalp was dry ahead of time. She told me I need to get the treatment for my hair after she blow dried it and seen it was dirty. It was not worth $75. My hair is stiff and is not silk press at all. It's just pressed. Over time when she learn how to wash properly and style she might be alright. I can only be mad at myself for not leaving during my wash and for not just doing it myself. I did love your positive energy yo

I love this salon. I came here because my stylist moved to this location, but I have received services from several of the stylists there and they have all been talented in their craft, professional, and accommodating!
