JCP stylists do not rush us, like other salons do & take the time to understand my hair needs as well as the cut/style I am going for. Stephanie at JCP does an AMAZING job on both my hair & my kid's hair! She listens, remains calm and takes the time to do a quality job...Very professional demeanor & very understanding. Superb communication on her part! Excellent at her craft, she is also smart, kind, respectful, and honest. I am 100% happy with my hair and my kid's hair every single time! Thank you Stephanie, I am so glad to have found a hairstylist I trust for me & my kids! Wholeheartedly, I would recommend her for anyone seeking an experienced, knowledgeable hairstylist.

I honestly don’t even want to give one star either . When going in making the appointment I ask the lady if they could do toddler hair cut and a treatment. First red flag the Asian lady didn’t know what product to use on black baby hair . Second red flag she cut my baby hair while still wet didn’t blow her hair out till the end and she still went home to wet hair . This lady played in my baby head . When talking to the staff I asked her not to give me no one who didn’t know how to do a cut on natural hair !

I have been going to Audrey for like 4 or 5 years now at the JCPenney Salon. She does an amazing job EVERY TIME!! Not only is she a kind and generous person, she makes sure that you feel comfortable in her chair. She takes the time to explain every step of the process when getting your hair done. Audrey puts in the time and effort to make your vision come true! I highly recommend Audrey!

Jerrica and Kayla did my hair. They were a AMAZING. I was having a hair meltdown and they jump in to action. The entire team seemed to work together and cared about the clients. I will be back. Thank you to them for taking care of me and making my hair look AWESOME!!

Audrey is AMAZING! I have been using Audrey for just under a year now for my vivid colors and I won’t go to anyone else! She is an absolute artist! I love the atmosphere of the salon as well and always enjoy spending several hours with them every few months when I return for my new colors! Highly recommend!
