I don’t usually write reviews but it’s been 2 weeks since I got my hair done here by Jaileen and I couldn’t be happier. I normally come in for a cut and blow dry, but this time I wanted to go out of my comfort zone and get highlights done. Jaileen listened to all my concerns about dying my hair for the first time and explained everything to me about the process every step of the way. She really made what I visualized in my head a reality on my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the service! Jaileen is an awesome stylist and 10/10 would recommend!!

My hair is messed up for the second time and I know I should never have my hair done there again. First time I asked for the hair dye to be the same color as my hair just to cover some gray hair. The hair dresser Maira insisted that my hair was black and I told her so many times that my hair was dark brown. She said okay and she dyed my hair black. Never dyed my hair with her again. Second time I asked for just a trim 2 to 3 inches in long layers. Mind you that my hair was very long, now I have mid length hair with short layers, my ends are so thin that now I have to cut my hair shorter. The worst part to me was that she did the same thing to my daughter. Worst experience ever.

Wonderful experience; I was able to walk in and get my hair washed, deep conditioned, cut, and silk pressed. Michelle took her time cutting my split ends and educated me on maintaining the health of my hair.

Let me tell you this, i don’t write reviews often, but when they’re this good, I’ve got to say something. I would have never thought I would get such a good haircut from JCPenny, specifically from Julie! I haven’t gotten a haircut by someone in over 7 years in fear of getting a bad haircut. She just got a new client that will come to her every time. I’m so excited for my future haircuts with her. If you’re worried about your haircut, go to Julie! She will follow you through the process and make sure that’s exactly what you want. She is the sweetest person. I got a butterfly cut with face frame. I had my hair in wind, little rain, and laying in bed and my hair still looks so good. I would definitely go to her :)

Today I came and met with Abby as my stylist. All these ladies are so amazing and my experience was perfect. I had such a good time and I feel so much better ❤️ Original Post from 2021: I am so happy with this salon. I got in right away, it was clean, and the staff was so nice. The lady who cut my hair did an excellent job. It was just an overall amazing experience.
