This is my 3rd time getting my nails done by Raeleen and she is PHENOMENAL! She has executed my visions and dreams for my nails perfectly. They have incredible longevity and I never have an issue breaking them. She takes her time and has great pride in her work. Such a fun experience as she is so easy to talk to and lets you choose the music while she works. 10/10 in experience and nail work. Book NOW, you won’t regret it 🥰

I have been going to Penneys for years but I am now unfortunately cutting ties. I am fortunate to get a refund for my hair color being butchered by an inexperienced stylist at Citrus Heights Penney’s salon. But as a consumer I feel like it needs to be known how bad the appointment went..I called after my first appointment because I was just not comfortable with how it turned out and Shea, the stylist who initially did my hair answered and told me to come back to see if we could blend the harsh lines..I went back to get my hair fixed the same day I called..Shea admitted it wasn’t good work and that was going to call me to come back in….I left in tears after the second “attempt” to fix my hair..she also was angered at the fact I didn’t think it was fixed and that was how she does her balayag

Love coming here! Came every week for a wash/style while I was temporarily disabled and also got my hair trimmed by the stylist Angela. She was always very thorough, chose great products, and was very kind! Will be going back to her for highlights soon :)

I went there to get my nails and my toes done. The lady who does them is the best of the best. She's very sweet and makes sure you get exactly what you want. She does actual art on your nails if you want it. She's very talented. I will definitely be back again.
