I had Lillian for a much needed hair lovin! She was professional, and super sweet! Helped me through the crazy transformation of my hair like a hair angel!! Definitely recommend!

Jayden was amazing with my 8 year old son! He talked her ear off the whole time and she listened and engaged with grace. She listened to what we both wanted and he loves his hair so much! We will be back to see her for sure! 🙂

If I could give them less stars than I would. We just went in asking for a specific style and was reassured they could do it. Once her hair was dyed and came out orange the stylist told us that her hair couldn’t get to the color of the photo. Still she reassured us that she would get as close as possible once they toned it. Once the process was all done and 3.5 hours had passed we saw that her hair was not only not close at all to the photos color but not blended at all. A straight line in the back clearly showing the brown from the blonde. Still we were being nice but obviously didn’t want to pay full price for a botched hairstyle. We asked to speak to a manager when Anna showed up and started yelling at us saying we had to pay $140 for botched hair. We tried to reason with her but she ke

Front desk was very respectful and nice, but my haircut did not come out well, the stylist said she been doing it since 2013 but she was cutting my hair as if she just started. Some areas are not even and I believe the sides were cut too high and short to match the style I was aiming for. Rinsed my hair before finishing the haircut and used shampoo when I requested a rinse without shampoo. Went here because Supercuts was closed in Auburn but will stick with certain Supercuts and Hairazors in Lewiston.

All the stylist are wonderful nomatter who you get. Its a great atmosphere very laxed. Each one pays great attention to detail I've come to find, I never feel rushed. Its my favorite salon to go to get some pampering in.
