I had an amazing experience with Samantha, and I can confidently say she’s one of the best hairstylists I’ve ever gone to. She’s not just a stylist—she’s a true master at what she does. Samantha is warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about her craft. She creates a relaxed atmosphere, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. Whether it’s a haircut, color, or a full transformation, you can trust her completely. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with my hair. I was so excited to get a trim of 2 inches but I walked out of the salon with 4 inches cut off my hair! Then I looked at my hair and I noticed one side is very chopped and doesn’t align or look like the other side. The service was good. She was very nice, but my hair looks awful. I do not recommend coming to the salon. I asked for an easy trim. I paid $70 for my hair to get ruined.

Super unprofessional experience. I booked a CPR Malibu treatment a week ago. Today (the day of my appointment), I called with a simple question and found out they don’t even have the product in stock. No one checked beforehand and no one called to warn me. So if I hadn’t called myself, I would’ve shown up and wasted my time for absolutely nothing. Saying “the front desk only makes appointments” isn’t an excuse. The stylist or someone should be checking inventory and notifying clients. That’s basic customer service. Then they tried to upsell me just to dry my hair, which should already be included with the service. That felt shady and unnecessary. Very disorganized and not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I hadn’t gotten a trim or hair cut in over a three years, on top of that I had never had a deep conditioning done to my hair. Samantha was able to do all of these things, including a braid, and not only was she funny, beautiful, and gentle with my hair , she was also extremely knowledgeable and told me everything she was doing as she was doing it. I was fearful about any extra length to come off and she told me how much damaged and dead hair needed to be cut but that she was willing not to cut a lot. I ended up telling her to cut it all off, taking 4” off my DEAD hair. It was the right choice. But the fact she was willing to listen and give me an option, without pressuring me was wonderful. I took her advice and my hair feels extremely healthy and from this day on, I will be seeing her onc

I have never had my hair done at a JCP salon before, but this stylist came highly recommended for color so I thought I’d give her a try. I had a great experience with the stylist Leah! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will be returning!
