JCPenney Salon

Today July 28, 2023, First, my kids and I went to the JCP Salon and had the most horrific experience. My son Eric had a disaster hair cut done by Rex, she did several boys spots on him, the boy is crying and emotionally affected by this. Second, I was supposed to have 2 inches of root color touch up and this ended up awful. I did not received more than 2 inches of color on my hair, I did not had a proper shampoo done on my hair. Total of this disaster is $88 Manager and the stylist Rex had an horrific customer Service. I will Not recommend this Salon not even to my worst enemy. Pictures Attached.

I got a full head of highlights and toner, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I went in with really dark roots and left with the most gorgeous, golden retriever blonde — exactly what I was hoping for. She was super friendly and welcoming, made me feel completely at ease, and took her time with every step. Nothing felt rushed at all, and you can really tell she cares about doing it right. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxed experience and beautiful, professional results!

i haven't had a hair cut in 2 years so i was nervous since its been so long. i was immediately welcomed upon entering. everyone was super kind and welcoming. deborah was my stylist, she has the best vibes. she was gentle on my hair and scalp. she was super comforting and sweet !! she made my hair look great, took of the perfect amount off my ends. i'll be going back in a few months for my next trim. it was the best haircut i've ever gotten tbh. i'm definitely going back. deborah works her magic 🩷🩷🩷 thank you to the ladies who were there this morning !! yall are super sweet !! and a special thank you to deborah, you truly made me feel so much better about my hair and made it look / feel amazing !! see yall in a few months 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I recently got my hair colored by Kera and it came out so beautiful. She was able to work magic on the color from the photos I showed her. I’ve never had someone get hair colored to perfectly match what I showed. She is so wonderful and sweet. I 💯 recommend going to her .
