Vicky needs to learn about customer service! I clearly asked her not to touch my roots and I when I told her she was getting to close to them she said she knew what she was doing!!! I was ready to run out the door with the foils still in my hair!! I let her do her thing and hoped for the best. Once she was done I told her it was still too Brady but she said it would go away after the first hair wash?! I was too stunned to speak that I just payed her and left. The day after, this lady added a TIP!!! I already contacted my bank and thankfully they were able to dispute it. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Save your money & hair!!

Vicky cut my hair and it was horrible! I told her it wasn't even and she tried to fix it but made it worse. I told her to just do stop and left. She didn't want to give me a discount. When I went home my family made fun of my hair. Now I have to wear a wig. STAY AWAY

Horrible, gave this nice lady Vicky a chance with my hair and now it's ruined. Did an ombre and left it half marked with bleach making me look like a mushroom head and she refused to fix it saying applying toner will remove it-NOT! Completely devastated I do not recommend!
