I really wanted to love this spot since it’s so close to home, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I upgraded to their pricier pedicure, expecting a more relaxing and detailed experience—but it felt rushed and sloppy. My gel manicure is already peeling less than a week later, and the polish was applied well above the cuticles, making it look like my nails have grown out when they haven’t. Disappointed, especially for the price.

They don’t pay attention to small details, which is the most important part of getting perfectly clean nails. I had to constantly tell her how to do it and fix it. Definitely not going back.

I’ve visited this salon a few times, but my most recent appointment left me very disappointed. I scheduled a 7:00 PM appointment online. Before my toes were fully dry (around 7:57PM, they close at 8pm), I was asked to put on flip flops and leave because they were closing. I had to walk home in 20-degree weather in flip flops. I understand businesses have closing times, but I was surprised they couldn’t wait just a few more minutes for my nails to dry, especially since my appointment was booked in advance. The situation felt unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Honestly I don’t understand the bad ratings. This place is way better than others in the area (which have higher ratings). Since I moved to the US I’ve never paid below $80, while in this amazing salon I paid only $40 for an acrylic fill-in. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails and I’m very satisfied with how they came out!! The place is clean, the staff kind and the prices incredibly low. Will come back for sure, you guys just got a loyal customer.

Loved the experience and result! Tried powder nails for the first time and was not disappointed. One of the employees had the smiley face nail design which inspired me to get the same and it’s so cute! Also got a 20 minute chair massage. Definitely my new go-to salon! Make sure to bring cash.
