Booked a 30-minute regular haircut online for $35. The site charged $22.40 upfront and my email receipt said the remaining balance was $18.90. When I arrived, the barber (I believe his name was Jacob) asked how I’d pay the remainder and I said I had a $100 bill. The appointment ran 60+ minutes, and my haircut came out too short and uneven. He then put a lot of gel in my hair and started doing my eyebrows without asking—I assumed it was complimentary since it was my first visit. In the end I paid $60 total (online + in person). Afterward I checked the online prices and saw haircut $35 / eyebrows $15. To make it worse, he effectively tipped himself $10 by giving me less change than I should’ve received. Main issues: • Total didn’t match the booked price • Haircut quality: too short + uneve

I showed him both pictures and videos of what I wanted and he did the exact opposite. He cut 90% of my hair off and made it uneven. I had to go home and fix it with scissors because of how bad it came out. He did not accept credit card or online payment and walked me to an ATM at the next store where he watched as I withdrew money from my account. He tried to over charge me but I made sure to read the sign before. I would consider this one of the most unprofessional haircuts I have ever had and would not recommend at all.

I can't speak for all the barbers but do not go to miguel. Even after showing him a video he still messed it up, and just kept saying "I know what I'm doing". I also asked him to cut half my length and ended up cutting over 75%. Also in the video example, the guy had no back taper, and then he tried giving me a back taper before i told him to stop. It's just so dissapointing that even after showing a video he couldnt get it right. not worth 45$.

I walked in and got absolutely fried. Showed a picture of a buzz cut and got absolutely cooked. Not happy at all

Great attention to detail for the lowest price you can find around here. These guys fixed me up real nice after a bad experience elsewhere. If you don’t speak Spanish you might not feel super comfortable here because the barbers don’t speak much English, but I spoke enough Spanish that it wasn’t a problem. There was a guy on standby speaking English as well. I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail here, cannot stress that enough.
