I wanted to clarify that this is in fact the exact salon I went to and received this set at. Specifically from a man with glasses. I did not realize how horrid the nails came out until I got outside. As a business you should not call anyone a liar. I am not stupid, I know exactly which nail salon I went to. JB nails right next door to petsmart, the ONLY nail place located there. I have gotten decent sets before from this place but I guess the quality wasn’t there. I paid $70 for this set, you’re better off going to any other salon in San Marcos.

This place was horrible, as a first time customer.. now I see why all there reviews are bad.. they are very rude.. the lady who TRIED doing my nails kept rolling her eyes because I wasn’t trying to leave there with ugly nails…. Then when I ask for the “manager” they tell me they just work there… All I wanted was to remove BLUE nail polish, and get regular white French nails. The lady couldn’t even take off all the blue, and thought it was okay to proceed with leaving it under the fill ins. Which you could clearly see through. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place. And understand why it was completely empty. Not to add a regular customer there asked the workers if they could fix it since I was a new customer, and they completely ignored her.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This salon is unprofessional and cleanliness was absolutely appalling. A technician tried to put a dirty toe separator on my mother after it being in the ground and ON SOMEONE ELSE’S TOES. Another technician who was working on my sister-n-law.m, overcharged for the type of service she asked for. Never gave her the listed services that she asked for, ripped her cuticles TO SHREDS, possibly causing infection. Even stopped working on my sister so that she could take another walk in.

Great experience! My manicure and pedicure turned out beautiful and Kyrstin took her time to make sure everything was just right. The only thing I would change about my experience is the music playing.

Rude staff! I get my nails done in New Braunfels but I had somewhere to go in a hurry and needed to fix ONE nail, I asked if they could use any color similar (paint, dip, acrylic) anything just to make my nails look better for ONE night. Man at the front kept telling me they don’t do that color? I asked if I could just find a polish that kinda matched and he wouldn’t even let me past the front to look? My cousin came here once and told me how rude these people are and she just proved my point. I told them I would pay, whatever I needed to do and he still refused. No wonder this place has no stars
