I was very disappointed with my recent appointment. The stylist arrived more than 30 minutes late, which set a frustrating tone for the visit. Unfortunately, the final result was not what I requested or anticipated At the start of the appointment, the stylist appeared unsure about the service and initially mistook me for another client. This raised concerns about preparation and attention to detail. Additionally, I was originally quoted $165, but the final cost was nearly $200 without a clear explanation for the increase. There were also noticeable issues with the service itself. Hair color was left on my ears and neck, which gave the overall experience an unprofessional feel. She’s also very flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciate. Every time I leave, my hair looks amazing. I am very picky about who I let touch my hair, but this woman knew exactly what to do to achieve the look I wanted. I LOVE how my hair turned out. I wll def be going back when its time for a refresh!

Great service! I was a walk in and did not have to wait. I have long thick hair and got a great wash and blow out. Best of all no burns! Would recommend.
