JASMINE NAILS AND SPA

I see why this is a 1 star nail salon. Horrible customer service nail polish is very old my nail polish came off the same day literally right after leaving when they closed. Went back into the shop the next day to tell them my polish has came off I need a repaint they told me they were busy come back the next day or wait an hour for a repaint. It was literally 3 people in the nail shop, BUSY WHERE ?? The black guy who painted my nails wasn't there of course she suggested to come back when he's available too. Why should I have to waste my gas to drive back for a service that should have been done correctly the first time. I already didn't want to drive back in the first place and you're gonna say it'll take a hour to get a repaint that literally takes not ever 10 minute. I knew it was some

I just got my nails done yesterday and told the guy my nails didn’t look right he said it was ok and this morning I wake up an all these air bubbles the gel polish is lifting an my hands look terrible

I have been getting nail services for over 30 years and NEVER been so disappointed in a nail service and overall business. I selected a premium pedicure and the service was less then ones I have received listed at a basic pedicure still I tipped accordingly and thanked them for my service and asked if I was able to put my shoes back on or if I should wait the technician indicated that yes they were dry. No problem. I get home and they are ruined. I call and the gentleman that answers the phone tells me that’s what I get because I did not select a gel option that was more expensive, even though I clearly did not care in regards to the amount of money. I just prefer regular polish on my toes because I selected and purchased a premium pedicure extremely rude and unhelpful

Wow! Why didn't I check the reviews. I paid 95.00 for this fill in today and pedicure. I went back twice. Once to try to fix this mess and another becausr the polish came off of 1 of my toe nails. Which by the way are just as horrible. It was clear this is consistent with this tech (Lisa) but they still send unbeknownst people like myself to her. When I asked management if someone else could fix it, she said, that the same nail tech had to do it because, "She got the money." And I have to wonder, is she really this bad? or Dare I say I got this treatment because I didn't spend enough? idk.Needless to say, Never again.

Melissa is family to us we’ve been going here so long! She does the BEST with eyebrows and lashes. I drive 40 minutes to get services done by her and wouldn’t change a thing. My kids absolutely love this business as well with the warmth and friendliness that comes with each visit!
