V T Nails

I've tried going three different times. 1. Walked in and turned away for mani/ pedi. Offered an appointment for the following day, which I couldn't do because of my work schedule. Lady was a little snooty about me not having an appointment. 2. Called ahead (afternoon) and was told, "No, we don't have time for mani/pedi". 3. Called ahead (morning) for a same-day appointment mani/pedi, and told "No Availability". With that being said... This salon is APPOINTMENT ONLY. Not call ahead, no same-day.... Only in-advance appointments. Maybe they're great if you have the flexibility and availability to schedule in advance? If thats the case, read other reviews of actual work. I think they need a designated employee for walk-ins, because they're never visibly busy when I've gone by/ peeked in.

I went to get my nails done today, my sister normally goes there. I had this very sweet Lady named MiMi and oh my goodness did she do a lovely job. She didn't hurt me at all and she took her time and paid close attention to detail. I will definitely be going back in 2 weeks!

I made an appointment for a pedicure and Bob did a very nice job of it. The salon is clean and well organized, there was a good selection of polishes to choose from. I was pleased with my pedicure and will be back for another visit.

I don't ever write reviews that are bad. I just never go back, but this place was so horrible I had to. Paid for deluxe pedicure n manicure. Good thing I can't imagine how bad it would of been if I didn't pay extra. No attention to detail, horrible cuticle cutting, whole experience was bad. Would not recommend.

I was extremely happy with the environment and the service my nails looked great! However they started breaking just a week after I had them done. Great work I just hoped they would have lasted longer
