I went in just to get my gel nails removed. I asked if walk-ins were okay and how much it would cost. The price was cheap, but once the lady started, she didn’t seem very patient or careful. She began with my right pinky, and almost immediately, she cut me with the machine. A lot of blood came out. At first, it didn’t sting too much. She placed a small piece of paper towel on the cut, sprayed some water, and put some powder on it. But soon, the pain got much worse. She continued removing the gel from my other fingers using the machine, sometimes not even looking at what she was doing. I’m honestly relieved that it was only one finger that got injured. I’m very disappointed with my recent nail experience. I’ve never encountered this issue before. I’ve been getting dip and acrylic nails for almost six years, and this is the first time the dip started breaking and peeling away from my nails. I was thinking that to take off dip you always need electric nail filler! Also if this didn’t happened next day. I won’t be upset. I know nails might broke after a week or two. But this is almost same day. I’ve visited this salon before and the result was good. but this time was different. I’m not sure if the product quality has declined or if the dip powder used was old, but the outcome was terrible. I had beautiful, naturally long nails. and I lost all of them because of this dip powder.

Probably one of the worst nail appointments I have ever had. I booked a 9:30 am and I showed up 10 minutes early. The place was closed I waited until after 9:30 and called. The girl who picked up said 5 minutes but proceeded to show up at 10 I got overlay gel X on Friday safe to say most of it has come off just from washing my hands and going about my day and it’s Tuesday The girl did a terrible job. My nails were bumpy and it wasn’t smooth at all. I wanted to give her a chance but I probably should have left when they were half an hour late and caused me to be late to my other appointments I paid around $74 for these before tips and it looks like they were done by a child

Unhappy and disappointed. I do nails only on occasions, and when they peel off on day 3, it feels a total waste of money. I dont live in the vicinity and cannot make it there for a redo. This seems recurrent issue as I see other folks reviews.

First time here, best service ever. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Prices were worth it. Would recommend anyone and everyone. Definitely going to come back.
