If you don’t go there often it’s worth noting they lock doors & stop answering phones 20min before closing. Being no establishment I know of does this I was confused. I called the store to tell them I’m locked out watching people shop & they hung up on me. Employee then came to the door looking annoyed asking me what I need & I said nvm. I cut my losses at that point, bc if you’re going to lock the door 20min early then hang up on customers that call you’re making it very clear you’re not interested in their business. It was just unprofessional. Will not be back

As someone who has shopped here for years on and off, I am disappointed that the owners do not value their costumers enough to be polite, courteous, respectful, or patient. I have vision issues, and when I asked for help, I was criticized and insulted with an unpleasant demeanor. I will not be returning, and the owners should know that it costs nothing to be nice.

I visited this hair store recently and was informed that the owner doesn't allow the customers to try on hair/units. Not sure how this will help their business, but I left without purchasing anything.

First time coming here and was impressed with the selection and quality

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Huge selection of cosmetics, hair products wigs and even jewelry! The price is right at this spot! Highly recommend! Leave yourself some time to browse. The selection is excellent!
