Customer Reviews
I finally visited Jamon Iberico Pata Negra, a true hidden gem that lives up to its authentic reputation—I’m so glad I was referred to this spot. The restaurant is superb, and the atmosphere feels incredibly personal and warm, especially since the owner-chef often greets guests himself. The service, particularly from our server Claudio, was absolutely excellent; he was attentive and provided great recommendations. We kicked off our meal with the Chistorras en Vino and the Galician Octopus. The flavors were incredibly authentic, rich, and fulsome, and the starter portions alone were more than enough for our group of three. For the main event, we had the mixed paella. It was truly delicious—very flavorful, creamy, and packed with fresh seafood and chunks of fish. Although they say it serves
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! The owner is truly an amazing person—he personally welcomes every guest, takes the time to talk with you, and even sings “Happy Birthday” to those celebrating. He shares homemade maracas and invites the entire restaurant to join in the celebration, creating a warm, joyful, and unforgettable atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself is very special, beautifully capturing the essence and charm of Spain. Every detail adds to the experience. Valet parking is required, but aside from that small detail, this place is a must-visit. La Pata Negra is definitely the place to go in Miami!
We were referred to this spot by Juan Manuel Cao. The restaurant is superb and the service from Claudio was excellent. We had the Chistorras en Vino and Galician Octopus as starters, the portions were more than enough for 3 people; we had the mixed paella, and it was absolutely delicious, they mentioned it was for 2 people but it could have easily fed four. Cannot rave enough about the flavors, very authentic, fulsome and complete.
This Spanish restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The owner-chef is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole dining experience feel personal and warm. The flavors of their paellas are outstanding, and the tapas are just as impressive. Their bread is fantastic—served with high-quality olive oil that elevates the complimentary bread service to another level. Everything here is top-notch, from the food to the atmosphere. Highly recommend!
The service is very family oriented, the servers and specially the chef are very friendly and charismatic. The food is great quality, and pretty much everything I tried was tasty, although me being a big fan of octopus, it definitely stole the night.
