Jalena's Dominican Hair Salon

I recently went to Jalena's for the first time, and was so impressed by the entire experience. First, the customer service was so genuine and exceptional. I had no wait and I got a wash, blow and curl, and was pleased with how my hair turned out. The prices are more than reasonable and the products smell delightful. Also, it's a very inviting and clean environment. So glad, I found this gem. I will now be a regular.

It was my first time going to the Dominican hair salon to get my hair down and I was extremely nervous. However, the lady at the front Theresa was helpful and attentive. The lady Cathy washed my hair did a great job with the massages and my hair turned out really great. I’m definitely coming back.

Love it here! I walked in for a wash blow and press. Little to no wait and Africa did a nice job on my hair! Clean salon and the ladies have great customer service. I will be back!

Amazing customer service. All the woman there do a fantastic job, they listen to your needs and make sure your 100% satisfied with the service. Elizabeth does an amazing job with my hair and never fails! Love her

I’m not sure who this new washer is but the woman was being extremely rough with my hair. I asked her repeatedly to be gentle and she kept on tugging away anyway. Don’t know who taught her how to detangle hair because she kept on starting from the root instead of the end. Either teach her how to GENTLY detangle or fire her.
