Please explain the purpose of accepting online appointments, sending multiple text confirmations and then acting shocked when I show up at my scheduled time. Waited 20 minutes in the freezing cold in front of a locked door only for the lady to show up and rudely dismiss me, saying she has someone else scheduled for that time. Best of luck with this "business."

I have been getting my hair done for many years at Jaico Hair Salon. She does a great job!

Called up to ask about hair cutting. Lady spoke over me the entire time and was rude. Terrible customer service and hair cut isn’t going to work if the stylist can’t even listen.

Been going here all my life and every single time I have been, I have received a fantastic haircut! The customer service is also fantastic, Fior will treat you well, have an great chat with you, and then give you a superb cut!! 5/5 stars for the best barber in New York!

Fior is the best in the city. It takes a long time before I trust anyone to cut, style, or color my hair and I trust her completely. I have been to the high end salons and have not been pleased. I have NEVER been let down by Fior at Jaico. It is incredibly affordable, especially for the quality you are getting. She will go out of her way to fit you in when you want to come in. The salon is unassuming, but do not let that deter you.
