Jagged Edge Unisex Salon

Jagged edge has great hair stylists but I wouldn’t reccomend the freelance braider Angie for boho or French curl braids. I’ve gotten this style done dozens of times, and I always use the same hair,but I’ve never had it done this sloppy. My braids unraveled almost to the root in just 2 days. In almost 30 years of getting braids never in my life have I had box braids unravel on me. Let alone 2 days later on a style I was charged over $200 for. I had to comeback to get it fixed and instead of apolozing and taking responsibility for the wildly unprofessional service. She blamed me for choosing the style at all. Saying that she apparently knew from the start it would unravel in less than a week because it’s too soft and whenever she uses soft hair it unravels…. Which left me wondering why cha

I have been coming to this salon for over 20 years. My stylist is Mary Cottman, very professional and cares about your hair. She knows her stuff, if she tells you something concerning your hair you better listen. This isn’t a out of the kitchen salon, and she’s not an out of the kitchen stylist. You get what you pay for.

My stylist, Angie, moved to Jagged Edge about 2 yrs ago. The salon is clean, the other stylists are welcoming and they even have a nail tech. Great experiences!
