I got "Nailed by Brittney" today and I'm very pleased. She was friendly & did an excellent job. No rushing or having 3 different techs on a single visit. 5 stars!!!

i got my hair done in september with britney. i asked for my natural brown color on my ends and red roots. i left with black hair and burgundy roots. i called and she said my black would lighten up after a few days. it’s currently december and my hair is as black as it first was. i did come back and she didn’t charge me for having to re-do my roots but definitely won’t be returning.

Never has anyone their cut my hair correctly, I have natural curly hair. One lady told me my hair was falling out.. Thanks

I had a great experience at Jagged Edge, thanks to Crystal. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t do a good job of explaining it. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Crystal if you want great service.

I went in for a simple haircut the other day and I was scheduled with Britney. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and Britney let me know she was “a little bit behind”. That was fine so I just waited on my phone. 15 minutes later her coworker offered to wash my hair and get me started. I didn’t need my hair washed, and Britney again said she was almost finished with her current client. Another 15 minutes pass and I ask for an ETA on when she might be done. Britney told me it would be at least another 20 minutes. I totally get falling behind a little bit but being an hour late for something we had scheduled about a week before is wild. I decided to just leave. Honestly I was mostly upset that she didn’t give me a real ETA when I first arrived, I would’ve been willing to come another
