Family Shears

Personally I have been going to Family Shears for 5+ years. All of the staff is great! Mel is hands down the best stylist I personally have ever had!! She helps by offering you her knowledge and recommendations during each appointment not to mention how flexible she is with scheduling and getting you in! I always walk out of my appointments feeling like a million bucks!! Not only has Mel done all my hair changes and growth for many years, she also did my wedding hair and makeup 💄💇🏼‍♀️ Enjoy the attached pictures of her work!! 🫶🏼

I have been going to Mel for YEARS. She is always kind, responsive, and professional. She is phenomenal at her profession, and can do *almost* anything you ask for. I have gone from neutrals to wild colors. She is able to take all my ideas and execute them perfectly but also take me back from them. Proof is in the pictures. 10/10 recommend.

Melanie is so sweet and does an amazing job! My teen daughter and I got our hair done last week. I have never seen my daughter so confident before! She chopped off at least 12 inches! Melanie offered for her to donate the hair, which made my daughter really happy! I also LOVE my hair. And the price was very affordable. Thank you so much, Melanie! See you soon

I’ve been going to Mel for colors and cuts since 2020. she’s absolutely amazing!! she’s very flexible and reliable. I’ve recommended her to many friends of mine and she now does a wonderful job on their hair too! Amazing friendly atmosphere, very cozy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Mel and her services to anyone wanting nice refreshing new hair and wonderful conversation.

Mel is seriously the best! I have been coming to her for quite a few years now and she does a phenomenal job with blondes! (Along with many others) She brings my blonde hair to life every single time. And she keeps my eyebrows in check too ;) She is so kind and puts her heart into all her work and has always done a great job at working with my schedule and getting me in in a timely manner for how busy and hectic her schedule can be!
