Jagged Edge Barbershop

My father had gone for a hair cut yesterday. Went out to dinner with my mother, and came home shortly after and asked my entire family if his haircut was messed up. How does one let someone leave the barber shop looking like this? I’m not this type of person to write a bad review but how does this happen? The right side is completely higher, the middle has a bald spot, and the left is just insane. My dad was so upset he ended up shaving his head.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been going to Pedro since 2020. Been a loyal customer for over five plus years. Made over 50+ appointments and never showed up late at all or cancelled..ever. Any time Pedro would run a bit late I would comply and wait to be called up even if it was 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Ended up booking an 11:00am appointment and showed up to the shop at 11:13am. It was a summer morning and traffic was heavy due to beach traffic on route 37, which is why I showed up a handful of minutes late to my appointment. I then received a $20 no show fee and was told inside the shop I would not be taken due to my tardiness. I understand policy is policy but no customer loyalty at all and a 10 minute no show grace period is enforced without even reaching out d

Best barber shop In-Town. Always works with my busy scheduale. Pedro the owner always hooks me up with an amazing cut eveytime! Him and his crew are great and respectful, really gives that family vibe when im there.

Made the switch here 2 years ago after going to another local shop who simply were charging outrageous prices for a basic haircut. Tony is a great barber. He’s very professional and personable. Prices are very reasonable and everyone in the shop is nice. Highly recommend!
