Terrible customer service. It's not like me to leave a poor review. I'm a believer of you can't say something nice.. don't say anything at all. But in this case... I have to express my sincere disappointment in the customer service of this company. (The company- not my personal rep) I needed to cancel my subscription- and it was a horrendous experience. They never canceled my subscription and then continued to bill me. I sent back the product and asked for a refund. Which- I'm still waiting on. Getting any kind of reply from the company is impossible.
