I had a pedicure on 12/30/25 and the experience felt rushed from the start, despite the salon not being busy. The foot bath was lukewarm, and the technician (I won’t name her here) seemed distracted throughout the service. She used an abrasive tool that nicked my ankle, causing pain for the rest of the appointment. She also began using a polish I had already said I didn’t want and seemed annoyed when I asked to choose a color. I’m disappointed because I’ve had two good experiences here before, but after this visit I don’t feel comfortable returning or recommending.
