I have been coming here for years and I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Jade. I get manicures, pedicures and waxing. I am a content creator and it’s important to have my nails in great shape! I love them!

This place was rude, unpleasant and not accommodating as they refused to giving me a refund on my nails after day 1 they were chipping. I was very polite with my approach and got a rude response back. I would describe this place to be unprofessional as well for how they talked to me and refused to give me my money back.

Atmosphere is beautiful. Lighting is kind to the eyes. Plants in the window. Several people greet you when you walk in. All very kind. Nails look great. Place is clean. Ample parking in back.

My experience here was the most unpleasant ever! They would not give me a refund after my nail chipped 2 hours after leaving the salon. I would have just gotten it fixed but during my appointment they were speaking about me in their language and no longer feel comfortable going back.

Very disappointed. I was visiting from out of state on Wednesday and stopped in for a gel mani and regular pedi. On FRIDAY my gel mani started to chip. Today is Monday and I now have THREE CHIPPED "GEL" NAILS! I called and requested a refund as I am now back in the state I reside in and there is NO WAY I can purchase a round trip ticket just to go get my nails fixed! They laughed at me over the phone and told me multiple times they understand I am out of state and welcome me to come back and get it fixed as they do not do refunds. I asked them to please make an exception as this is not a plausible option for me whatsoever. They once again laughed at me and asked "What do you want me to do? That's our policy."
