I originally wasn’t going to write this post and was just going to leave it be, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I get my nails done every couple of months, so I’m no stranger to a cuticle cut. However, I’ve never been in so much pain after one—I literally bled on two fingers from each hand, and my nail folds are swollen, red, and painful. The nails themselves are whatever, and the tech was nice, but my fingers are still swollen three days after getting them done. I’m literally never going back. I wasted $80 and now have to spend more on painkillers and Band-Aids. FYI: That also lied about the price, I asked before getting my nails done and they said 55 but when it was time to pay, the man said 80😒. I didn’t make too much of a fuss about it because i
They do not have any prices listed on the wall so you don’t really know how much you pay until they tell you which is a bit weird. They have so many men doing nails but they need more women. because the guys get rough and start snatching your hand and twist it as soon you ask him to fix one minor issue. My nails still suck and my carms are getting caught on my clothes. If i am paying so much why act that way? Their charms are very expensive $5 for each little tiny charm. I was told $50 dollars for my hands but it ended up being over $100 and i had no idea because again none of the prices are listed. My nails started to brake less than a week from my appointment. So think carefully before you spend your money here. They reuse the same nasty feet buff for multiple customers. as soon as the
Love Ken at JT Nails. It took me a year to find a good nail tech and I will continue to come here. Always so nice and does amazing work! Highly recommend this place.
This is my coming to this salon and I'm very satisfied! Ask for Ken! He's 🔥🔥 I also, think their prices are reasonable.
Honestly, I really wanted to like this place because it’s my first time coming, the prices seemed fair and it’s right around the corner from my house. Unfortunately, I got a very overwhelming & frustrating experience instead. I honestly should’ve walked out after being argued with for 20 minutes about me wanting medium nails, but I still tried to give the place a fair chance. I visited June 15, 2025. First I was with a woman. I let her know I wanted medium nails, French tip with alternating blue and green polish. She said okay and let me know it would be $55 total. Once she cut my nails she told me my length was “long not medium” and they would be an additional $10. (first picture) I asked her what a medium nails looked like if those were long and she said a medium set was like 2 inches
